Kilo Code

Kilo Code reads Grounder from kilo.json as a remote MCP server, then signs in with kilo mcp auth; its VS Code extension uses the same file.

Kilo Code is an OpenCode fork with the same fixed return port, so it and OpenCode cannot sign in at the same moment.
